What skills and experience we're looking for

Candidates must have experience of working with children and be prepared to carry out a DBS Enhanced Disclosure.

In the role the candidates will:

*Support other staff in managing pupil behaviour during recreational and dining activities;

* Report pupil behavioural issues in line with schools policies;

* Assist pupils to develop their independence through specific tasks;

* Communicate with pupils to encourage acceptable behaviour;

* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding procedures.

* Provide comfort and support to sick, ill or distressed pupils in line with school policies;
