Wrap Around Care Supervisor job summary
At Hillcroft Primary School, we have a successful Breakfast & After School Club, providing quality childcare for children.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a Wrap Around Care Supervisor on a permanent basis.
Your Opportunity
You will create a safe, engaging environment, manage staff and routines, plan activities, and ensure all safeguarding, health and safety and administrative requirements are met. Working closely with families, colleagues and the wider GLF community, you will play a key role in supporting children’s wellbeing and providing high‑quality wraparound care.

The successful candidate should:
- Be enthusiastic and motivated
- Be able to develop positive relationships with adults and children
- Be able to work as part of a team and in close contact with the school’s leadership team
- Be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with parents/carers in a way that supports children and values parental involvement.
- Be able to stay calm and objective when presented with unusual or challenging behaviour
- Have good administrative and organisational skills
- Have GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above

Salary: GLF Associate 3 - £25,001
Actual Salary: £12,546.45
Hours: 42 weeks per year - Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri: 07:00-09:45 & 15:00-17:00 and Wednesdays 07:00-09:00 & 15:00-18:00
