- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Good ICT skills
- Experience of working in an education setting
- Experience of running targeted intervention groups
- Experience of contributing to pupil progress trackers
- Experience of working in an environment with Safeguarding training
- Desire to work with children/young people with learning difficulties to promote their development and achieve their full potential
- Relevant SEN experience/training
