Admin Assistant job summary
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Oakfield Academy
Working Hours: 30 Hours, Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 15:30 – 1 hour unpaid break per day
Working Weeks: Term Time Only, INSET days + 1 Week (40 working weeks)
Salary: Grade C - Actual annual starting salary £17,915.57
Starting: 01.09.25 or sooner
We are looking to recruit a friendly, committed and self motivated individual to join our team.
We are looking for someone who;
- can work as part of a team
- has a positive and proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
- has outstanding customer service and communication skills
- has excellent organisational skills
- has general administrative experience
- is able to think strategically, plan ahead and stick to deadlines
- is computer literate with experience using as Microsoft Software and undertaking digital administration
- understands what safeguarding means in the context of working in a school
Previous experience working in a school is desirable but not essential as training will be given
