What skills and experience we're looking for

To be considered for this inclusive role, you should:

  • Have an interest in working with children with ASC/Language and Communication needs
  • Have a desire to understand the needs of autistic students and support them in an educational environment
  • Have a calm, positive attitude and be a clear, confident communicator
  • Be able to follow instructions from our experienced team
  • Be able to build and develop trusting, professional relationships with students and staff.
