What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organise and maintain materials, tools and equipment for Art lessons
- Support teaching staff and students during lessons, including assisting with small group activities
- Maintain a safe, well-organised Art environment in line with Health & Safety requirements
- Manage stock levels, order consumables and maintain an inventory of resources
- Create and prepare resources to support teaching and learning
- Update classroom and Academy displays and support exhibitions and creative events
We are looking for someone who has
- At least 5 GCSEs at Grade C / Grade 4 or above (or equivalent), including English and Maths
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing demands and work flexibly
- A professional approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people
