The school, located in the heart of the town has wonderful children and a supportive community. Close to the town rail and bus transport links, we are situated next to the Barnsley FC and Metrodome swimming facilities. The school originally built in 2007, is single form entry to a maximum of 210 plus nursery. There are well maintained grounds including; hard-surface play areas, Multi-use game areas, sports field and has attached wildlife areas for the children to explore.
Our school is committed to providing a great start for pupils. By providing “Learning and Beyond” we develop holistic learning opportunities, so that learning is connected to real-life. We are an inclusive school and our friendly children take pride in their learning with each other.
