Assistant Vice Principal job summary

We are seeking to appoint a passionate, energetic and versatile leader as an Assistant Vice Principal with operational responsibility for the secondary PRU, as well as the strategic leadership of relationships and behaviour across our school. We want an innovative and committed leader who will work to support the students referred to our service, building their confidence, self-esteem and self-management skills. As a school, we believe that all behaviour is communication and are currently developing a trauma informed approach, underpinned by knowledge of Thrive and ACEs, across our whole provision. You will be supporting and building a team of highly qualified practitioners to deliver a meaningful curriculum that secures strong outcomes for our learners.
