Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more

Be part of a team where passion meets purpose, as we work together where the challenge is greatest to change the lives and build the futures of children and young people.

Ormiston Victory Academy is an innovative, positive and ambitious academy hiring a Behaviour and Careers Administration Assistant to join our highly dedicated and professional team.

In this role you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Assistant Principal and Vice Principal for Student Engagement, ensuring the efficient administration of behaviour systems and processes across the academy. This includes co-ordinating administration for suspensions, internal suspensions, pastoral support plans, preparing for governors’ panels. You will also monitor behaviour data, log interventions, maintain accurate records, produce correspondence and ensure key information is communicated promptly to staff, parents and external agencies where appropriate.

The role will also provide administrative support for the planning, organisation and delivery of careers events, helping to coordinate logistics, communications and event documentation.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Strong administrative skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with a range of colleagues are essential. Experience of working in a busy administrative environment and confidence using IT systems would be advantageous.

We believe all students can be successful, given the right support.
