What skills and experience we're looking for
A proven track record of developing and implementing HR and operational strategies with measurable impact
Extensive knowledge of employment law, education legislation and best practice in HR and operational management
Demonstrable experience of leading complex organisational change and driving service improvement initiatives
Experience of managing substantial budgets and resources effectively and strategically
Experience of working within a multi-school setting or federation
Experience of overseeing facilities, procurement or ICT services within a school environment
