What skills and experience we're looking for
Elliott Hudson College are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Careers Advisor. This role is of great importance to our work as a College - the successful applicant will be expected to provide high-quality careers information, advice and guidance to students, supporting informed decision-making and successful progression into education, employment or training.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance and Development (or willingness to work towards)
- First Aid at Work qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Strong understanding of post 16 and post 18 progression routes and application processes, with a particular focus on apprenticeships and employment.
- Experience of delivering impartial careers advice and guidance, tailored to individual needs and destinations.
