What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone with:
- A commitment to the distinctiveness of our Church Federation school ethos and the promotion of Christian values;
- The ability and desire to model and uphold the highest standards and expectations of learning for all;
- Evidence of very strong classroom practice including the ability to plan and prepare high quality learning for all students;
- A strong knowledge of working with children with Autism and other SEMH needs;
- Excellent behaviour management;
- A positive, proactive approach to all areas of school life;
- An ability to inspire confidence in colleagues, parents and the wider community;
- The ability to successfully challenge and address barriers which potentially stand in the way of pupil progress;
- The desire to work in partnership with the governing body, parents and the local community to develop continuous improvement within the school and with the federation.
