Outstanding Literacy Practitioner
- Excellent classroom teacher with a strong track record in reading and writing
- Deep knowledge of high-quality primary literacy pedagogy
- Passionate, driven and inspirational, with high expectations for all pupils
Reading & Phonics Leadership
- Expert knowledge of early reading, fluency, comprehension and vocabulary
- Extensive, up-to-date understanding of systematic synthetic phonics
- Confident analysing data, leading intervention and coaching staff to ensure consistency and impact
- Committed to building a whole-school culture of reading for pleasure
Writing Excellence
- Strong expertise in writing pedagogy, including grammar, sentence structure and composition
- Skilled in modelling high-quality writing and supporting teachers to plan, teach and assess effectively
Leadership & Professional Development
- Inspiring leader who motivates and supports colleagues through coaching and CPD
- Experienced in monitoring standards and driving curriculum improvement
- Reflective, organised and focused on impact and continuous improvement
