What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful applicant will:
- Work closely with the class teacher to support learning and enhance quality first teaching
- Be committed to upholding our school's values and nurturing ethos
- Have a passion for developing children's learning across the curriculum
- Build strong relationships with children, staff and families and work as part of a team
- Be committed to whole-school life and be willing to support extra-curricular activities and school events, if required
- Be able to demonstrate good communication skills
- Show a willingness to develop and engage in continuous professional development
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
- TA qualification NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Experience of working with children
Desirable Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- First Aid qualification
- Current Safeguarding training
- Experience of working with children in different year groups
