What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience of working with children of a relevant age in a learning environment.

A good standard of education to at least level 2.

Experience of using ICT and other technology to support learning.

Ability to relate well to children and adults.

Ability to work constructively as part of a team and to understand classroom roles and responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Adaptability and flexible approach to job roles and responsibilities.

Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.

Ability to promote and Safeguard the welfare of students.
