Thames View Junior School is seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior leadership team as Deputy Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our school and ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pupil well-being.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Headteacher and our motivated, enthusiastic leadership team to drive school improvement, lead on key areas of our development plan, and inspire staff to deliver our creative and inclusive curriculum.
