Due to the retirement of our current Deputy Headteacher, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and aspiring Deputy Headteacher to join our Academy. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly supportive and collaborative team at Worksop Priory CofE Academy, where high quality education for all pupils is at the heart of all that we do.
You will play a crucial role in the leadership and management of our academy, where you will collaborate with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the highest standards of education.
We are looking for someone with high-quality educational experience who:
- Locates children at the heart of all their work to enable them to flourish
- Provides expertise in the primary classroom
- Sets high standards and leads by example
- Inspires colleagues to be the very best that they can be
- Has the ability to work under pressure whilst recognising the importance of wellbeing
