At Flying High, we are committed to working together as one team, to deliver the very best for our children. Through this commitment to work together for the last six years, we have adopted a pooled approach to recruiting Early Career teachers. All schools are involved in the recruitment of our ECT pool, and this model enables us to recruit a large number of teachers, whilst maintaining the flexibility to ensure that the geography and school are the right match for you.
Flying High Partnership is a multi-academy trust of 31 primary schools across Nottinghamshire, Nottingham, and Derbyshire, with ambitions for further growth. We are also fortunate to have wider responsibility as a SCITT, Teaching School Hub, English Hub, and Behaviour Hub, providing access to resource and development opportunities that ensure we can draw upon the best national thinking.
