What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our new Daycare Provision. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and help shape a nurturing, inspiring and high quality early years environment where children can flourish.
This role is for an Early Years Educator who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Is passionate about providing the very best start for young children.
- Has a secure understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Creates engaging, stimulating and inclusive learning experiences through play.
- Builds warm, positive relationships with children and their families.
- Values the importance of safeguarding, wellbeing and children's emotional development.
- Wants to be part of a dedicated and supportive team.
- Has high expectations for children's learning, development and care.
- Is committed to creating a safe, nurturing and enabling environment where every child can thrive.
- Wants to make a meaningful contribution to the development of a new and exciting provision within the school community.
This post is for one day per week and would suit an experienced Early Years practitioner seeking a flexible role within a supportive and ambitious setting.
