We are looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse and can be proactive in supporting our amazing children and young people to be the best they can be. This post will take stamina and foresight as the successful candidate will be a lead figure throughout the day, making sure that our children and young people get the best start to the day. Strong, stable relationships with our children and young people are a must. We need a colleague who lives and breathes our trauma-informed approach, someone who sees restoration as the way forward, not retribution. We need someone who has the resilience and initiative to manage their work and their day without constant guidance and we will provide an induction with experienced colleagues across the service to support with this.

The post is 5 days per week, term time only and 32.5 hours per week. Previous experience is essential of working with students in a supporting role. Candidates will have strong behaviour management skills and current certificates or a willingness to train in Team Teach and First Aid. Candidates will be expected to work across sites within the Borough of Hounslow.

If you feel you have the necessary skills, experience and character to take on this exciting opportunity then please apply. Candidates will be able to inspire and motivate our students to get the very best meaningful outcomes and show a commitment to raising the achievement levels and self-esteem of disaffected young people
