What skills and experience we're looking for
- Have experience of teaching in Reception and demonstrate excellent classroom practice and knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
- Enjoy modelling effective and inspirational practice;
- Understand and value the importance of carefully planned continuous provision in the early years.
- Have both the drive and commitment to expect the best from our pupils.
- Have the skills to build strong, supportive relationships with children that are built on mutual understanding and respect.
- Have consistently high expectations of learning and behaviour.
- Be committed to engaging in the whole life of our school.
- Be hard working, flexible and a good communicator
- Be ambitious for pupils with SEND, and understand the barriers they may face.
