Kingsley Academy, a proud member of the Lift Schools Trust, is a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the heart of Hounslow. We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of MFL (Spanish) to lead our dedicated curriculum area and drive the next phase of development in language education at our school.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled practitioner and aspiring leader to shape an ambitious and engaging curriculum, create a love for languages, and make a lasting impact on students' lives.
As Head of MFL (Spanish), you will:
* Lead the strategic development of the MFL department, with a strong focus on Spanish.
* Ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning across Key Stages 3-5.
* Inspire students to become confident communicators and global citizens.
What You Bring:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specialism in Spanish.
* A proven track record of excellent classroom practice and student outcomes.
* Leadership experience or the clear potential to lead a successful team.
* A commitment to inclusive education and student achievement for all.
* A passion for languages and internationalism in education.
