What the school offers its staff

As a result of promotion for the existing Head of School, The Revel Church of England Primary School, (federated with Wolvey Primary School) are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Head Of School (HOS).

The Revel School is a unique 1.5 form entry school situated in a beautiful rural village setting in the Warwickshire countryside and surrounded by its own extensive grounds. The successful candidate will be an excellent and inspirational leader. We are looking for someone who promotes exciting, high quality and innovative teaching and learning experiences together with an astute ability to identify development, empower others, implement change and evidence impact.

The post will become available full time from September 2026 however we recognise that a later start date may be necessary for the successful candidate and this would not be a barrier to appointment.

Experienced school leaders are welcome to apply however this position would also suit an aspiring future school leader who already has a successful track record within management and leadership and who would like to gain further experience within the supportive environment of a federation structure.
