What skills and experience we're looking for

Post: Human Resources Manager

Hours: 25 hours per week

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 1:30pm

Salary: Grade 8 - £18,241 to £20,228 actual salary per annum (Pay award pending).

Contract: Permanent, 43 weeks per year (i.e. term-time plus five weeks).

Start: As soon as possible

An excellent and experienced administrator and communicator is required to provide high quality HR support to primarily the Headteacher and Business Manager as well as the academy as a whole. If you feel you could excel in this role and have the HR and payroll experience, we would love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills that allow effective communication with all levels of school staff, Trustees, pupils, contractors and 3rd party suppliers.

  • Proficient IT skills and practical experience in Google and Microsoft applications.

  • A passion for working with children.

  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
