  • Have knowledge and experience of teaching Key Stage 2

  • Have high expectations of pupils to ensure they reach their potential
  • Be creative in their approach to teaching and learning
  • Be committed to collaborative learning and ongoing professional development
  • Be supportive of the Academy’s approach to Emotion Coaching

King Ina C of E Academy is a primary school set within beautiful countryside on the edge of the rural town of Somerton. We have provision for 14 primary classes in addition to our pre-school. Our site includes a large sports field, a forest school, a nature garden, an adventure playground and a multi-use games area.

We have an incredibly dedicated team of staff at King Ina who are committed to helping the children achieve their very best and to ensuring that the pupils’ well-being is at the centre of all we do.
