What skills and experience we're looking for

Benfield Sports Centre is seeking to appoint individuals to provide a high quality service to all customers.In this role, successful candidates will ensure our facilities and equipment are ready for our activity programme. You will also maintain cleanliness across the sports centre and handle the set-up and take-down of sports equipment in line with Health & Safety guidelines.

We have three posts available to join our team at Benfield Sports Centre:

  • 1 x permanent, 7 hours 3pm - 10:30pm on Monday. (Actual salary £4,896 per annum)
  • 1 x permanent, 9 hours 8am- 5:30pmon Sunday. (Actual salary £6,295 per annum)
  • 1 casual post, working as and when required.

We would consider joining the two contract posts to make a 16 hour contract for the right candidate.

We are looking for colleagues who have:

  • An understanding of how to deliver quality service within a leisure environment.
  • Physical fitness appropriate for the post which will include setting up sports equipment.
  • Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal skills with colleagues, contractors and customers.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
