What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise pupils during the lunchtime period, including in the dining hall and playground
- Support children to play safely, positively and cooperatively
- Help maintain good behaviour and encourage positive relationships
- Assist with minor issues such as spills or disagreements (training provided)
- Always ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils
- Communicate concerns to the appropriate member of staff
This role would suit someone who is approachable, patient and enjoys working as part of a team.
