What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Suitable degree and UK recognised teaching qualification (i.e. QTS, PGCE)
  • Record of successful classroom practice: achieving good progress for the children across a broad range of abilities
  • Ability to teach, motivate and support pupils within an effective and inclusive learning environment
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate a vision and inspire others with the commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
