Office Administrator job summary
We are a one form entry primary school with an inclusive Catholic ethos. We have a successful and dedicated team who have a direct impact on children's learning and providing them with skills for life. We are seeking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic team player who will be the first point of contact in our busy office, as well as carrying out a range of general office duties to support the administration and smooth running of our school. The successful candidate will have good organisational, communication and be competent with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). They will always project a positive and professional image of the school. Previous reception and/or office experience is desirable.
The successful candidate will:

be in sympathy with and support the aims and values of a Catholic school.

The applicant should have a patient approach and be able to use their own initiative. Flexibility and creativity will be required to meet individual needs. The applicant should function effectively as part of a team and be able to make practical use of ICT.
The hours of work are 8.30 am – 3.30 pm – (includes 1 hour contract for Midday supervision).
