Office Manager job summary

Our Lady of the Magnificat MAC are looking to recruit an Office Manager, based at St Gregory's Catholic Primary School in Stratford.

This is a part-time position (30 hours per week), working term time only plus 5 INSET days, which equates to 39 weeks per year.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

The successful candidate will:

  • work closely with the senior leadership team and be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of a busy school office.
  • line manage a small administration team, ensuring daily tasks are completed in an efficient manner.
  • contribute, through the full range of office duties, to the smooth running of the school’s administrative functions.
  • facilitate the requirements of staff and pupils in the day-to-day management of the school.
  • be flexible in facilitating the organisational and administrative priorities of the school by responding positively to change.
