Office Manager job summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly capable Office Manager, to lead the office administration team and ensure the successful running of a busy academy office. This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced candidate to provide an excellent level of support to college leaders, and utilise high level administrative skills across the wider school. The position is permanent, 37 hours per week over 41 weeks.
As part of a team with a supportive and collaborative approach, the Office Manager will communicate effectively and professionally with pupils, staff and parents. They will take personal responsibility for managing their workload, being flexible in the face of changing demands within the role, and have an outstanding “can do” attitude. With responsibilities for preparing formal documents, handling confidential information and First Aid for pupils, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding and working knowledge of Confidentiality, GDPR and Safeguarding.
