Education & Qualifications

Essential

  • Knowledge of general office procedures and practice
  • Strong oral and written skills, likely evidenced by GCSE English at grade C or above

Desirable

Experience of working in a school administration environment.

  • Experience of dealing with queries from a wide range of people.
  • Experience in the use of relevant IT systems.
  • Experience of working as part of a team.
  • Experience of organising work tasks and duties to meet appropriate service standard, in terms of timeliness, accuracy and the provision of a high-quality service to pupils, parents, staff and external professionals.
  • An ability to respect sensitive and confidential work.
  • Willing to carry out all duties having regard to an employee's responsibility under the Trust's Health and Safety Policies.

Job Purpose/focus

  • To support the Pupil Records Manager (PRM) with the daily administration of the Pupil Records Office. Undertaking all administrative and organisational processes regarding central pupil records, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
