Salary: Full Time Equivalent £26,131 / Actual £24,051

Hours: 40 per week, 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Contract type: Permanent

Term time only: 38 school weeks plus training days

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to join us as our Reception/Administration & Marketing Assistant who will be the first line of contact for all marketing productions and events, including communication with external providers, parents/carers, students and staff. This is a creative, interesting and varied role. This post is also a key aspect of our administration team, with a wide range of duties to provide support to the team in various areas of the academy so a flexible approach is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience of working in an educational setting
  • Creative and proactive working practices

Marketing or similar background advantageous but not essential

Ability to work to strict deadlines

Strong communication and teamworking skills

Excellent IT skills including social media

Flexible attitude to the role

Willingness to undertake First Aid training (training will be provided).

Closing date: Tuesday 4th August - noon

Interviews will be held on Thursday 6th August
