Receptionist and Administration Assistant, Berkeley Green UTC
Salary: Up to £26,427 FTE (actual salary £22,933)
Contract Term: Permanent: Full time, term-time only (39 weeks). We will consider flexible working for the right candidate.

We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist and Administration Assistant who will be the public face of Berkeley Green UTC, providing a warm, professional and efficient service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our school.
This is an opportunity to join a unique educational environment where young people choose a specialist pathway in Engineering or Digital Technologies, where relationships are central to success, and where every member of staff plays a vital role in helping students achieve their ambitions.

As the first point of contact for many stakeholders, you will play an important part in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the UTC.
You won't simply answer phones and greet visitors; you will:
- Be the welcoming face and voice of Berkeley Green UTC
- Support students, staff, parents, visitors and external partners with professionalism and efficiency
- Help maintain a safe, secure and well-organised environment through effective safeguarding and visitor management procedures
- Ensure enquiries are handled promptly and effectively
- Support the administration team with a wide range of organisational and administrative tasks
- Contribute to the professional culture and positive reputation of the UTC
- Build strong relationships across our close-knit school community
