We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, and committed School Business Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and organised professional to lead and manage the school’s business operations and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the school on a daily basis.
Working closely with the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will play a key strategic and operational role across the school community. They will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively.
The successful candidate will also play a key role in the transition of the existing school into the newly built premises in the Autumn of 2027
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in administration, strategy and operational management
- Demonstrates excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Has the ability to use initiative and solve problems proactively
- Maintains high expectations of themselves and others
- Is committed to delivering excellence across all aspects of school operations
The post holder must carry out their responsibilities in line with the ethos and values of the school, with due regard to the statutory responsibilities of the school and Governing Body.
