  • Overseeing administration, data management, compliance and statutory reporting to the DfE, LA and governors
  • Managing health and safety and the school premises, ensuring a safe environment for all
  • Leading, developing and line managing the Admin, Finance and Premises teams

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has strategic leadership and line management experience, ideally within a school or similarly complex organisation
  • Has significant experience of financial and human resource management

  • Is proactive and solutions-focused

What the school offers its staff

We know that transitioning into a new role can be daunting, which is why we offer a comprehensive, thorough handover process to ensure your start is as seamless and stress-free as possible. With robust, well-defined processes already firmly in place and ongoing peer support always on hand, you will have all the foundation, stability, and encouragement you need to thrive and make the role your own in the London Borough of Waltham Forest.

Applications will be considered upon receipt. Interviews will be organised as and when applications are received. The School reserves the right to interview and appoint before the closing date.
