What skills and experience we're looking for
We would like to appoint a conscientious, dedicated SEN Teaching and Learning Support Assistant to join our enthusiastic and hardworking team.
The role will involve working with SEN pupils requiring extra support and the delivery of their EHCP (Education Health Care Plan) or their Individual Support Plans.
We are looking for a SEN teaching and learning support assistant who:
- are highly motivated and committed to all learners
- can demonstrate high expectations of children’s behaviour
- are flexible and work well in a team
- are committed to pupil welfare and the need to safeguard children
