What skills and experience we're looking for

Primary or SEND teaching experience

Experience of teaching pupils with complex SEND, including sensory processing and speech, language and communication challenges.

Experience of successfully managing teaching assistants and wider supporting professionals.

A working knowledge of autism and its impact on daily teaching and learning.

Knowledge and understanding of recent developments in curriculum and assessment.

A proven record of developing your own professional skills and learning.

Ability to engage all levels of learners creatively in play activities to support social and communication skill development across the day.
