What skills and experience we're looking for

Mottram St. Andrew Primary Academy is seeking to appoint an effective and enthusiastic SEND teaching assistant. We are seeking a teaching assistant who is committed to inclusive practice, and is able to develop a good understanding of each child's individual needs. They will be able to build positive and supportive relationships with children, and motivate and engage them in their learning. The successful candidate will provide both one-to-one and small group support, as well as supporting learning within the classroom, and undertaking general teaching assistant duties across school.
