What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Qualified Teacher Status

  • Degree or equivalent

  • Effective teaching experience within a primary setting

  • Experience of working with pupils with EHCPs

  • Experience of supporting pupils with autism and communication needs

  • Experience of working in an inclusion, nurture, alternative or bespoke provision, either within or alongside a mainstream school

  • Experience of supporting pupils through transition, reintegration or graduated return to mainstream learning

  • Experience of planning for and delivering learning to pupils with SEND through personalised and adapted curriculum pathway
