Senior Administrator job summary
Fairway Primary Academy is seeking an exceptional Senior Administrator to join our dedicated and welcoming team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting children, families, and staff to achieve their very best.
As our Senior Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient operation of the school. Working closely with the Headteacher and leading the Academy Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative support, oversee key school systems, assist with finance and HR processes, and help ensure an exceptional experience for pupils, parents, visitors, and staff.
We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive individual who:
- Has substantial experience working in a busy office environment.
- Possesses excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
- Can build positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and external partners.
- Demonstrates accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
- Can manage competing priorities and work effectively on their own initiative.
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Experience within a school or Multi-Academy Trust environment, along with knowledge of Bromcom and PS Financials, would be advantageous but is not essential.

Fairway Primary Academy are seeking to appoint a dynamic ECT teacher who is looking to make an impact on children’s lives. We would like a teacher who has the drive, enthusiasm, and commitment to deliver the highest standards of educational provision.
If you can motivate, engage, and inspire young people in the classroom and have high expectations for behaviour and work, our children would love you to be their teacher in September 2024.
Experience of working across all primary phases would be beneficial but not essential. As part of the Greenheart Learning Partnership, we can offer the support of a successful multi-academy sponsor and the opportunity to benefit from the training and experiences offered across our learning partnership of 10 schools in the heart of the midlands.
A strong team ethos and excellent teaching are key requirements along with a commitment to improving the life chances and experiences of our children. A good sense of humour is always required.
