We are eager to appoint an enthusiastic SENDCo who is committed to wanting the best outcomes for all of our pupils but in particular those with special educational needs.
The role of SENDCo will involve meeting parents, families and professionals and working with children. The successful candidate will understand the importance of assessments and fully meet the needs of children with EHCPs. They will be involved in developing our SEND provision and working with teachers and teaching assistants to implement it
What the school offers its staff
St James Academy is a two-form entry academy in Bulkington, Warwickshire. We were rated Good by Ofsted in March 2022 with inspectors commenting that we are a welcoming school where pupils and staff feel respected and valued.
