KS2 Phase Leader & English Lead (SLT) TLR + 1 day management time | Permanent, Full-time

Holy Trinity CE Primary School is seeking a committed and ambitious teacher to join our Senior Leadership Team as KS2 Phase Leader and English Lead.

This is a key role within the school. You will lead Key Stage 2 and drive improvements in English across the school, ensuring that all pupils achieve well and develop as confident, capable communicators.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

  • Contribute to whole-school improvement and strategic direction
  • Support and challenge colleagues to improve teaching and outcomes
  • Help ensure consistently high standards across the school

As English Lead, you will:

  • Lead the development of reading, writing and oracy across the school
  • Drive improvements in writing outcomes
  • Ensure a coherent and consistent approach to English

As KS2 Leader, you will:

  • Lead and support staff within Key Stage 2
  • Ensure strong teaching, curriculum consistency and pupil outcomes
  • Build a positive and high-performing team
