What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone in our warm and welcoming, values-based school, who is completely child-focused, and has proven experience of successfully teaching across a range of year groups from Reception to Year 6, as well as experience of co-ordinating a subject. If this sounds like you, you will also have high expectations of behaviour while remaining positive and kind, and you will be creative and flexible in order to maximise opportunities for learning. Plentiful experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs is essential.

As College Road is a Values-based Education School, the successful candidate will need to be an excellent team-player with positive human values at the centre of everything they do, modelling for our pupils how to be the best person possible.
