What skills and experience we're looking for
The governors and leaders of our school are looking to appoint dynamic and exceptional individuals to undertake these pivotal roles in our school; this will be someone who is dynamic, forward-thinking and who can work with our Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to drive school improvement, building on what has already been achieved.
The job description and person specification include a comprehensive list of the qualities we seek but, essentially, our new Phase Leaders should be a passionate, visionary and caring leaders – providing an excellent example and motivating our school community. You will be able to demonstrate creative, innovative and inspirational classroom teaching which enables all learners to progress and achieve. You will be committed to improving the intent, implementation and impact of our diverse curriculum, working with all stakeholders to ensure that it reflects the needs of our learners and the world in which they live.
