Situated in the village of Watchfield, near Faringdon, we have a wide and diverse school community and
are looking for an enthusiastic Teacher to join our friendly school. We are proud to be part of the
Faringdon Learning Trust, an nine school multi-academy trust, which was established on 1st April 2012.
Our whole school vision is ‘At Watchfield We SOAR’ – at Watchfield we want everyone, children and

To help us to SOAR, we are looking for an individual who:
• Is able to work well in a team;

• Has high expectations of all children;
• Is able to use their own initiative as well as working under direction;
• Has GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent).
