An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Deputy Head Teacherto lead our Infant Building (EYFS & KS1)while holding whole-school responsibility for agreed areas of the Ofsted framework.This role combines:
- Operational leadership of the Infant phase
- Strategic leadership
- across the school
- Staff development and school improvement
We are looking for a leader who:
- Has strong knowledge and experience of EYFS, KS1 and transition
- Has successful senior leadership experience
- Can lead both operationally and strategically

As Deputy Head Teacher, you will take responsibility for the leadership of either our Infant site, ensuring that the school runs smoothly, safely and effectively on a daily basis. Alongside this, you will contribute to whole-school improvement priorities, supporting the continued development of teaching, learning and outcomes for all pupils.
