Inclusions Assistant job summary

We have an exciting opportunity at De Aston School for an Inclusion Assistant to join our excellent pastoral team.

We are looking for a dedicated individual to work with the Inclusion Manager in the management of the Inclusion Unit dealing with students who have been excluded from their lessons. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, as you will need to liaise with a variety of people on a regular basis, and outstanding organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills are also essential, as is the ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
