What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • is committed to developing the Catholic ethos of our school
  • is an outstanding classroom practitioner dedicated to enabling all children, including those with SEND, to reach their full potential;
  • has leadership and management skills with the ability to nurture and inspire, challenge and motivate pupils and staff alike;
  • has a proven track record of raising achievement and improving teaching and learning across the school, including for pupils with SEND

Pay: MPR £28,000 - £38,810 or UPR1 £40,625 – UPR3 £43,685 (depending on experience) with additional TLR2.1 (£3,017) for SENDCo responsibility
