What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, promote positive behaviour and help create an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. Experience of working with primary-aged children is desirable but not essential.
